The Golden Heed fund will invest in companies focused on real estate opportunities in the Portuguese market. Its strategy is centered in two asset classes: (i) income generating assets; and (ii) assets to be developed.
The fund is duly registered with CMVM under the number 1661 and it is managed by Heed Capital, formerly known as Dunas Capital, a company with almost two decades of existence providing financial services in different geographies.
